Well, it's...done!

Once upon a time I won a contest. As a result, I received this beautiful art khryas.deviantart.com/art/Cont… from . I started drawing, and I....wanted it to be pretty? So I draw and draw and draw, telling myself to be patient, just like waiting for flowers to bloom.

Did some embellishment (making the flower metallic, for instance) and adjusting few things on my own, but ultimately I hope the original design's still visible.
I had FUN drawing the dress. The embroideries! The material! The pattern!
Frustrating as hell, but I had my fun. Also I drew this in a HUGE size, so YES FOR DETAILS.

Not to say I didn't have any problems-- the 7 months are filled with basically many things from anatomical stress to rendering woes to existential angst. And I did draw other things in the interim.

But ultimately I'm happy. Really really happy.
It's not by any means perfect, but at least at this time the flower has blossomed.
I'm ready to move on.
